Picnic towel
With the objective of promoting the simultaneous conversation/conviviality of several different groups, in a limited space, a towel with different shades of blue and an irregular shape was developed which, by its orientation and disposition, contributed to the proposed objective.

Poncho Dyson
In this project, it was intended to create an object that it should be completely different from what is produced at Dyson, but that is simultaneously identifiable as being of the brand. For this well-defined purpose, I opted to develop a garment, a poncho, which would challenge the use of mechanized and rigid details in a simple and malleable material. In addition to the color palettes so characteristic of the brand, I also tried to apply small details that characterizes it, such as the transparencies in strategic locations, and the small buttons with colors that stand out on the objects. Thus, after the analysis of the color application, the poncho was developed visually with these observations in mind; for example, the red appears as a color for the notes and limitation of lines and, the purple, is used in the pockets with the overlapping of a transparency, as an analogy to the deposit of dust that is found in the vacuum cleaners of the brand.

Paperweight Paradox
The intention was to create the illusion of lightness by using a white sponge as an object that is intrinsically heavy. The production process involved placing weights inside the sponge itself, collages that were very rigorous and 45% cut at the edges for the final object to be obtained. This process was repeated countless times to obtain visually intact edges.

Paperweight Motion Tree
A handmade small tree placed in the center of a sphere, forming an "sempre em pé". The idea arose from the observation of the movement of the trees in contact with the wind, thus creating a simulation of that movement through the currents of air inside the house.

Object, body and space.
The purpose of this work was the creation of an object that interfered with the relationship between space and body. In this follow-up, an object of simple shapes was projected, which was placed on a column, approximately 1.5 m from the ground. This object contained a sharp point that was in the place where the person was placed, hindering the stability of the body. The physical effort caused by a small detail added to the intervening object in a space was studied.

Wall wallet
Junco is one type of straw that's been used for portuguese people to make traditional baskets for a long time.  The main goal of this project was to apply the same material with the same prodution techniques in other objects, increasing the interesting for this material nowadays. A wall device has been developed in order to accommodate mainly small everyday objects, which we tend to lose them easily.

Carmen
Developed for the hotel Casa-Mãe, located in the Portuguese region of Algarve, this Cart/Stand was developed for a farmers market, minding the needs of transport, display and practicality of the sellers. The Cart/Stand appearance resembles the wood boxes found on traditional markets.
Its’ surfaces open effortlessly and fully to create wide display areas for food and small items, while the sturdy wheels allow for the Cart/Stand to be moved easily on tricky floors.

Project developed with Inês Miravent.
